It's a crime.
On the last night of 2000, a lone DJ on a Bay Area AM radio station was reading from copvcia.com; explaining how Halliburton and Kellogg, Brown & Root were in the business of building airbases and other military installations from scratch and then resupplying them on a continuous basis. The unspoken warning was of an administration with total power conducting foreign policy that required the services of Bechtel, Halliburton, and Kellogg, Brown & Root.
Today, almost 2000 American soldiers have died while "doing their job", tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians have been killed because their homes were in a "shoot anything that moves" kill zone, and city after city has been leveled in an attempt to destroy the Iraqis that choose to fight back.
Tonight, Halliburton stock is up 284%.
September 11th we began a war, now infamously known as "the war
which will not end in our lifetimes," to decide who will control
the last remaining oil and gas reserves on the planet."

The culprit having denied the crimes, and the latter not having been fully proved, in order to learn the truth it is necessary to proceed against him by means of a rigorous examination. The function of torture is to make up for the shortcomings of witnesses, when they cannot adduce a conclusive proof against the culprit.
